Even after we closed and the final paperwork was done we are still in contact with the company, as they make sure we are still good and confident in our mortgage. This was my first time getting a mortgage. The experience was a bit rough but overall my lender worked hard to find me the right loan type so I could secure my home. I gave 4 stars cause I felt communication could of been better. I would ask questions and it was communicated to my realitor first before me. Maybe that's normal but it didn't feel right.
