The 2 ladies who were working were amazing. They went above and beyond my expectations as they always do when I need help. The branch in general is very understaffed. The ladies did all they could to keep up, be professional and do their jobs accurately. With that being said every unanswered phone call is potentially lost business. You really need to get then some help in there so they can focus better on their immediate guest. Kudos to the ladies for putting up with it professionally.

My loan was being paid on time. I was told by a rep that I could use my paid interest to cover next month's bill. Then when I requested that, they denied me that option. Shady business
