I come to one main finance finance they told me on the phone I was approved approved everything was going went through good but you're good but they didn't do it because of the mileage on my car which I told them there was new engine was put in my car 3 years ago years ago but that didn't matter To them

Our origanal loan was $12,500... not chump change.... We paid off our loan early. PAID $30 extra even. Then were sent a bill for $279 for this month. Paid it. Now next month they want $352. We were told there is a penalty for early pay off. But I NEVER imagined the penalty would be over $600. Lesson learned. Never, Never, Never will do business here again. No thanks!!!!

I used to use one main. I currently use Mariner financial and they have helped us with our loans. One Main didn’t seem like they wanted to even have us as customers even tho we made every single payment on time until it was paid off. We will avoid using one main and continue using Mariner for any future needs!
