Wonderful staff!! Very polite and a joy to work with. They had my application approved in hours and I was in and out in under an hour check in hand. Not to mention they do taxes!! Talk about a one stop shop!! If you need a loan or your taxes done look no further than World Finance there are several locations to choose from Martinsville is where we went and the staff is AMAZING!!! World finance was there for me when I needed them! Rough times sometimes call for desperate measures. Unfortunately i had to apply for a small personal loan due to an unexpected emergency. Luckily I chose World Finance to secure my loan. I was greeted by Raven who was such an amazing help in getting me through the loan process and all of the paperwork. Raven was outgoing, and very informative when I had questions and was extremely polite and professional as she also had to assist other customers during our meeting. She politely excused herself when another customer entered, and returned picking back up where we had left our meeting. This means alot to me personally because I value my time. I will definitely be a future and forever customer of World Finance. P.s. Thank you Raven for all of your help and providing me with all of details necessary to make a well informed decision based on the financing services available to me. I cant wait for tax season.
