Also great rates compared to other providers, we had applied when the Fed had announced interest rates will be increasing so their immediate response saved us a considerable amount of money. So disappointed, I've been a member for decades. I had a plumbing emergency and had questions about a loan. A wonderful young man who answered the phone assured me id get a call back first thing. 4 days later, no call.

The Griffith branch has been open since Spring, yet they STILL have no one on staff qualified for notary. Even though the Griffith branch is much closer, I must travel all the way to Mville branch frequently for notary. PLEASE GET THE GRIFFITH BRANCH SOME NOTARIES!!!

I don't know what happened to this credit union but it feels like no one there knows or cares to know how to do their jobs. I have been with this credit union for almost 20 years and do to changes we will be finding another banking institution to handle our finances through. I REALLY HOPE management has some type of reality check into how they are pushing members out the door.
