Everything was so easy. I dealt with Joy and she was fabulous. Very helpful.

Annette is not a pleasant person to speak with. After our conversation she just hung up on me without saying Have a nice day or even Goodbye. Just straight hung up. Not very professional. Also saying I got an approval and then saying there is no equity in my car. Don’t tell people they have an approval, if they don’t. Very unprofessional, will not recommend.

The customer service here at the Merrillville location off of 30 and Merrillville Rd., is by far the best I've encountered in a very long time. The loan consultant Serina, was very knowledgeable and extremely helpful throughout the whole process. She was extremely thorough and very professional. Her manager went out of her way to personally introduce herself and gave some details of the loan and made the visit seem even more comfortable. There are just genuinely good, humble people in this world and the manager was one of them. Thank you for the ease of the process and welcoming me into your office. I will be doing business with this office again. Thank you!

I found One Main to be helpful and very efficient. Dawn the loan officer that helped me was very knowledgeable, polite, and friendly. I would recommend One Main financial in Merriville In and good source to go to if you need a personal loan.

Not able to give guidance through the process or answer any questions. Very evasive responses when asking direct questions. This place leads you to believe that the process will get completed in same day then it changes when they actually get you to process an application. Representative acted like he did not know what the base and highest interest rate could be. Horrible customer service.
