The management is incompetent as far as follow through. Their employee caused a double withdrawal and they wanted to argue and not want to pay NSF fees. Kept giving me run around to call corporate which was no help. Then talk to the DM which finally agreed to reimburse one NSF fee two weeks later!!!! Bad service overall and a lot of broken promises.

Cecilia she was so professional and broke things down to me as I was cashing my check. She didn't have a bad attitude she had a wonderful smile and laughed and talked to me but while doing all that she was really professional and if myself can give her a raise I would. You all have an amazing, awesome and Beautiful worker please don't lose her cause with her energy and good spirits it brightens up the place. God bless

Cecilia is the best! After my check was refused at another branch without the person doing due diligence. I went to this branch, and the young lady knew my check was rare. Yet she called around and had me pull up records of the company issuing my check. As simple as that, she got it approved. She simply went above and beyond. Realizing my desperate situation.

This whole store needs a class on professionalism and respect. If I could give them a negative star I would! I came into this store three times for the same issue. The DM approved for me to cash a money order and went on vacation. I came back in the agreed date and was told the acting DM said no so they refused to cash it. I witnessed them be rude to other customers then heard with my own ears as they talked negatively about customers who just left the store. It is sad that they treat customers this way. If you don’t like your job get a new one! I promise I will never return to their store.

Absolute scam artists taking advantage of people who don't have any other option. 10% of your check gone to their greedy pockets and they will straight up steal your checks without warning then threaten to call the cops when you ask for it back. Will bombard your phone/email with spam on top of everything else.

Went in a few weeks ago to see about cashing my 401k check. The representatives here are definitely not on the same page as the ones on Portage. They had way too much difficulty simply reaching the bank related to the check and at the end of the day their lack of knowledge was shown when I took that same check to the Portage location and they were able to get me my money almost right away ! The ladies here are a complete joke and should probably look to a better fitting line of work.
