Hoosier Hills Credit Union, Mitchell, IN

We work with three different banks. Won't mention there names because I don't want to look like I'm promoting a competitor. But the service and how hoosier hills work with you is at the least minimal. Closing my account and moving my money to one my other banks. They are way more people friendly.

If it wasn't for them having so many branch locations and atm machines all over this area, I would have stopped banking with them a long time ago. I have had my account hacked multiple times and I have been waiting for over a month to receive a new debit card only to find out after waiting for over 3 weeks that they "forgot" to submit the order. I hope there are no problems going forward but the history has not been good.
