Flagstar Bank, Monticello, IN

I opened a new checking account at the Monticello Branch of Flagstar Bank. The process took about an hour. The Personal Banker that assisted me was very knowledgeable and explained each type of account the bank offered. I was able to choose the account that fit my needs perfectly. I am looking forward to doing my banking with Flagstar Bank

Flagstar replaced both Monticello Wells Fargo locations. The transition for some was difficult however I followed all of their notices(via email and actual mail) exactly as they said and have had no issues thus far. Had access to my checking and savings immediately on Saturday Dec. 1st as well as mobile app and online Monday Dec. 1st AS PROMISED. As for customer service, the employees are the same friendly faces I've been used to for years from Wells Fargo. So I give them 5 stars just like I did Wells Fargo.
