Very amateur and fumbles through what they are doing. They make errors and you suffer for it. Absolutely go somewhere else, like I am.

My last loan I took out I told them to take my son off as beneficiary because he passed away well they never did and then the last time I called to pay on my loan the girl I talked to seem to have an attitude by the tone of her voice and this isn't the first time she got kind of smart allicky with me so you know what the next time I need a loan I am going some place not there because of the bad customer service

So in May 2021 I was thinking of consolidating a few of my Bills one being a truck. I declined the offer they had made. But the person at one main had already gotten ahold of my insurance company and changed the lein holder to Onemain..1 with out a contract and 2 with out consent.i spent 20 minutes on the phone with my insurance company..getting the correct lein holder added back on. Oh and I just found out about this thru my insurance company on 9-6-2021...I am livid about this... I absolutely will not continue doing business with this company after I get this loan paid off. I am going to go to my insurance company in the morning to make sure the change went thru..I would give OneMain zero stars.but that wasnt an option

Be careful of this bunch of crooks. I received a loan from them four years ago, in October, to purchase a $5000 used car. Now, nearly four years and $12, 000 later, they say my balance is over $7000 for a car that is probably worth around $1000!! AND that I owe them late fees as well. My payments are automated, directly from my bank account - how in the world would I manage to miss a payment??? I can't get a copy of my original loan papers, so I am stuck, for, probably another 3 years, paying almost $300 a month for a $5000 car!!!! Don't go to them - under ANY circumstances!!!
