I really appreciate one main working with me to help when in need. The interest is high but you can't expect good interest when you have bad credit. The customer service is great. The thing that I hate about one main is the app doesn't work, and the online account doesn't show updated payments I think it is just on monthly statements. I really hate not being able to log into my account daily to check.

We have conducted business a few times over the past 20 years. The personnel at One Main have always been courteous, professional and courteous.

Very nice people! But highly suggest you do your research before you use them! I got a 4500$ loan and the lady talked me into getting the insurance and extras. Only 11$ extra a month, but it adds an extra 1000$ on top! Don’t do the extras.
