Check Into Cash, New Haven, IN

I used to LOVE JEN the manager, she had great customer service, great relationships with us, her kids went to baseball with my kids.. I trusted her .. and to be honest when her husband was working there I trusted him because I trusted her. Used to always just get check into cash quick loans and pay them off no issues. He literally talked us into getting this CCC loan.. said it would be CHeAPER and we would have more time to pay. Talked about it like it was good loan, our paperwork never said a total at all just told us what would be coming out every week. We left with about 200$ more than whag we would have had he gotten the original cash advance we were used to getting… and never thought about it again until months later and we were still paying. We called and they told us for a total of 900$ we were paying back over 3,000$. They also told us that those guys get a kick back for getting us on those loans. He definitely took advantage of good people and preying on people that are alrea dry needing help. Been paying it every week since last year , over 2800$ paid off and they won’t do anything to change anything because we signed the papers. That said NoThInG about our TOTAL. Had it said I would have owed 3300 on a 900$ loan we would have gotten the check advance, like we always had done prior to this. It was def predatory lending and they don’t even care or file the complaint I tried to file. When we called and asked for thier number he instantly got defensive , probably has done this multiple times to others. I will never be back to this place ever.i do feel if Jenna were the one there that day she would have steered us AWAY from that dirty loan tactic.

The manager here at New Haven is Extremely caring, helpful and friendly! I appreciate her knowledge as a employee there and her knowledge of the city of New Haven also. My experiences have all been very professional and positive!

Jenna is the best!! She’s fast friendly and makes you feel comfortable in an uncomfortable situation! If you’re ever in a pinch and need help this is the place to go!!

When I got there at 2:45 pm the door was locked and a sign was up saying when they would be back. I used this time to go to the bank and get a statement and made sure I had all the things on the list the website asked for. so when she came back about 3:15 I went in. the woman threw down her pencil with a frown and approached the counter. I gave her my paperwork and she stated I needed a ss card. I told her that was not on the list and she said "Why should you complain you're getting something for nothing?" At this point I told her that it is apparent why she is there by herself and I left vowing not to darken her door again. I then went to check into cash in auburn and the lady there was just wonderful

Lindsey is the best and takes care of my needs. Answers all my questions. Fast and efficient. Would recommend for anyone.
