First Financial Bank & ATM, North Manchester, IN

I’ve banked here for some time now and they never fail to let me down. My card was been locked and shut off a few times now with 0 notifications made to me. They strung me along for a small loan for WEEKS. I went up the road to a competitor and had cash in had in 2 hours…customer service is sub par ever time. They have a nice ATM and is the ONLY reason I stay. When another bank in town gets a better ATM I’m immediately switching.

Called in to set up a checking account A woman by the name of misti answered was very short with me and said she didn’t have time at the moment And she would call me back. Didn’t get a return call.

The people that take care of our money also take care of us... They treat us family. Hard the find a back like this one.

The people at this bank are the dumbest, rudest, most condescending people I’ve ever had to deal with and i dread it any time I have to go inside and deal with them, bank anywhere but here
