I will definitely be looking for a new place to bank. I was in line by the banks closing hour but because a woman infront of me had to count and recount her money, by the time I got to the window, the women who was working it let me sit there before saying "we are closed". then shut the blind. When I tried to tell her that I was in line by two o'clock she very rudely snapped "no you weren't ". Excuse me?! Yes I was and yes I was sitting in your line every bit of 6-7 minutes! Very professional and classy... I wouldn't recommend this bank at all if you are expecting good and curtious customer service. This took place at the Winchester crossroads bank.

Friendliest bank ever. They know you by name, smile, and say hi when they see you. No need for deposit slips, etc. They've serviced a home loan, auto loan, and wire transfers for us.

The worst bank crisis have ever been to. In particular the Votaw location there are some of the rudest people I have come across. I have been cashing checks there for years and recently they got a gentleman who wouldn’t cash my checks he wanted to put s hold on them when no one else does. He told me there had been recent check fraud and that because I didn’t have enough money to cover the check I looked suspicious. I asked if the lady check cleared he said yes but I can’t cash it. So I took the check back and went and cashed it at Walmart. I will be closing my account and contacting the BBB
