They answered every question that I had in a timely manner, and guided me through every step along the way. was led on on a home, spent over $2,200 on appraisals and inspections and then only to find out that they wouldn't finance the home because there were no comps in the area. the only reason why they get two stars instead of one, is because they were responsive whenever we had questions. other than that they did not fight for us to get a refund on any appraisal, especially when the appraising process was very late and cost us our loan. they just said yeah we're sorry about that, you spend all that money even though we hired this appraiser and their product was so terrible we could not get your mortgage approved. they are profit oriented, at the expense of their own clients. expensive lessons learned.
