Amy is absolutely AMAZING!! I went in for my first car loan. I was absolutely TERRIFIED with the idea of getting a loan. Amy made me feel like I was sitting down with an old friend to borrow money. Lol She made me feel so comfortable. She made sure I was sure before moving forward. I am so excited about my car loan and my car. She made sure to follow up with me at a later date. Was glad that they sold me the car loan but it made me nervous signing for the loan electronically. Was not allowed to know what l was signing electronically. Business school taught us to read before signing anything. Was given paper copies after but l had already signed everything. Joining the Credit Union was a bit confusing. But everyone was kind and very nice. Answered my questions without treating me old and dumb.

Every call or visit in Natcos Lobby , I’ve always been asked how my day is and how they can make it better. They listen fully to what you need and they explain in detail all their options for you. I feel they go beyond what any other bank would do. I’m extremely pleased with them.
