Wayne Bank, Richmond, IN

I Enjoy doing business with Wayne bank.My only issue is the log in on the website. I key in the password accurately and I still have problems logging in. This NEEDS to be fixed because my accounts are linked with my mother's.

ZERO STARS. Wayne Bank of Richmond, Indiana made a mistake that caused $100 to be lost from my account. Then they refused to reimburse me for the lost money. I closed my account and will never do business with this bank again!! I posted a review before. They responded and said I must be confused and thinking of some other place called Wayne Bank. Typical behavior. They won't take responsibility for their actions. So now I am specifying that it was Wayne Bank of Richmond, Indiana.

I went in two weeks ago to set up a new savings account. The person who needed to compete this was at "lunch", this was 4:00 pm. The customer service person couldn't find the application to fill out, so she took all my information and stated Parker would call when application was ready. I have yet to receive a call or letter as to why my application was not completed. I do not feel I should be responsible for the follow up if they want my business. After waiting several days, I decided to take my business to First Bank Richmond who completed the process as a walk in and in about 20 minutes.

The best bank in Richmond Indiana. The people working there treat you like family. We especially want to give our thanks to Cindy Mann for all of her expert advice on the best loans available for us. I highly recommend this local bank over the larger banks.

A little over a month ago my husband and I bought a house through Wayne Bank. We worked with Rhonda Irvine who was absolutely the best. As this was our second go around with financing, she really worked and explained everything out for us. Even when things looked a little unsure, she always reassured us that everything would work out and it did. Rhonda did a great job answering all my questions and getting us through all the paperwork and leg work. I would without hesitation recommend Rhonda and Wayne bank for any of your financial needs. Thanks again Rhonda....your the best!!!

Much better than the credit unions in the area but not too happy with opting out of overdrafts and STILL being charged with overdraft fees. I also received a mildly rude response from the teller while inquiring as to why my account was overdrafted which was disappointing to say the least.

Wayne bank saved me this morning while stopping a multimillion dollar corporation from basically stealing my money. Bravo Wayne bank, you are the best!
