I love this bank they are so friendly and helpful to me they know I can't hear very well so they help me out

Employees are very caring and efficient. I recently lost my husband and they helped so much with the bank accounts. Nancy Ramsey was a great source of how to deal with his insurance.

I’m so glad I switched to TCU. Best by far for all my banking needs. The girls that work there are extremely knowledgeable and everyone is so friendly.

I have been banking here for over a year now and I’ve never had a problem. But yesterday, I went in to get some help with a banking issue and the employee I got was very short and made me feel stupid for even coming in. So much so, that I considered just closing my account. Everyone else there always seems friendly though, so maybe I just had bad luck with the person who helped me 🤷🏼‍♀️ but she definitely needs to work on her customer service.

Long time tcu member, first time Rochester visit. Teller was extremely friendly. If that's indicative of the whole attitude of this branch we'll look to conduct future business here, account opening, car loans, etc. I only came in for a deposit but this lady made my morning :)
