I will never bank here again. When asking questions about which First Financial ATMs charge fees for customers and which don’t the assistant manager yelled at me and said “Yes, some charge you. We are not with the First Financial in Ohio. We’re based out of Terre Haute. We’re different banks. WHAT DONT YOU UNDERSTAND?” She told me to look at the logo next time I go. I want a name I can trust not one where I have to sit and compare logos. This is misleading to consumers and the service here has become so poor. I closed my account after this situation. I have only banked with First Financial my entire adult life but after such disrespect I couldn’t justify myself being a customer here anymore. No one whether it be staff or customer deserves to be talked to in such a disrespectful manner
