Spencer County Bank, Santa Claus, IN

I recently was involved in some financial issues, that had me use this Santa Claus, IN facility. I was extremely impressed, with their service, and their employees outgoing kindness, and respect in dealing with my needs. I highly recommend their services, and after talking with many of their employees. There cheerful energy and professionalism was outstanding!

Very nice service, personally wouldn't recommend them as a first choice bank, just because they don't have branches out of Spencer County and I move around a lot, but otherwise reliable and supportive service altogether. Branches I've been to are well kept and have friendly staffing as well.

Everybody is so friendly when I come inside the bank and saying hello,when I need my debit card open up to pay for my groceries someone is always right on it.

Someone in mortgage ( loan office ) ran my social security number without my permission or signature. Bank only offered me a ' I'm sorry. Unacceptable!!

Main branch for four county banks. Two floor structure. Public meeting rooms. Friendly people.
