I know many people skip past the complete 5 star rating because it sounds disingenuous; however, working with James was one of the best experiences I ever had. I was working with a major bank, and my deadline to secure the loan was in question. James was recommended to me by another happy client, and from the first minute, he was great to work with. He was a bulldog on necessary issues, and even worked on issues that weren't required of him. He was very knowledgeable in every aspect, and he worked to make sure we got our best interest. I was told by FIVE major banks that HARP did not apply to me and it was IMPOSSIBLE to refinance a loan I had on a rental property with 6.5% interest.
