Centra Credit Union, Scottsburg, IN

I had some issues and originally posted a low review but not only did the manager reach out personally and apologize, she periodically messages me to ensure everything is good. Every place has a bad day every once and a while. They have really went above and beyond since then. Centra seems to have that small town feeling where they get to know you personally and real try to work with you. I bank with several other banks but Centra is my go to now. They also have the best rates on loans and you get loyalty money if you bank with them. They also have a credit card that earns you points when you use it.

This Centra located in Walmart in Scottsburg Indiana is awesome! Waylon Smith has always served my fiancé and I needs everytime we visit. Waylon is so courteous and helpful. We have had some issues with our account, that had nothing to do with Centra, and Waylon took care of our issues with respect, knowledge and speed. Just can't say enough good about this Centra branch. Awesome really comes to mind when I talk or think anything about this branch! I highly highly recommend this branch and the Centra team also.

The wait times are long. Service is slow. The hours are ridiculous also. Closing at 12pm in the middle of the week? People work and need money handled on Wednesday’s, too.

Seemed like decent people but having to be shuffled around multiple times to get a new debit card seemed ridiculous.
