I can verify who I am in any way they like but they won’t give me my account information because I supposedly failed some sort of multiple choice questions that most of which didn’t pertain to me. Very poor customer service. I now live in a different state but they suggested I go to a local branch to verify who I am. Duh!!

I’d just like to let those at the main office know this. I bank at the Veterans Parkway branch in Clarksville. These people are always very helpful and courteous. Today while looking on Facebook, in a group page, someone made the comment that they are preparing to move to this area. She asked everyone for their bank and why they liked it. Most responses said Centra but MANY of those suggested the Veterans Parkway branch and the biggest reason was the exceptional staff there! I hope this gets into the hands of someone that will congratulate these folks for a job WELL DONE!! They’re awesome!!

My husband has banked with them for 20 years, he likes the service and the convenience of them here in Seymour.

I want so badly to support our local credit union. Their staff is friendly and helpful. But the closing on our house was absolutely horrendous. We were told 48 hours before closing what we would need monetarily. And before that was given a very wide estimate. Honestly, it left us in a pickle. Without any savings. In a house that needed almost immediate repairs. First time home owners shouldn't be left in this situation. Still would rather bank here full time than a national bank. However, after our mortgage fiasco we continue to do both. They seem to be making an effort to update their systems.

Worked with Shannon Brock on an auto loan. She was so very helpful thru this process. Answered all questions & provided additional info. Would never hesitate to work with her again. Thank you Shannon & Centra Credit.

I came in in a Saturday morning to open an account. The bank personnel that opens accounts was booked for the day. Kate helped me get all set. The staff is so incredibly helpful and nice! This is a great bank! If I could give it 6 stars I would!

Kim Campbell helped me today and by golly we got through it together! Excellent customer service and festivities in the air! Thanks Kim, you're the greatest!
