I don’t believe I have ever had a better customer service experience in the financial sector as I have with One Main in Seymour. Friendly and fast. Never condescending. Never make you feel bad for asking questions. Couldn’t be happier

You are told you are approved for a loan and you give the correct income to them over the phone. They keep calling you until you finally answer the phone and tell you that you are approved for the loan amount you requested. Then you set up a time to sign papers and close on the loan. You give them your paper with the income information when you go in there and all of a sudden your not approved. They had us at $130 less. I don’t understand why we couldn’t get the amount we were told when we were told we were approved because a few days prior they were told over the phone what our income was. I think you guys better tell people the final approval is up to whoever is supposed to approve the loan so we are not humiliated. You wasted our time and we thought we were actually getting a loan, unless we were being discriminated against because of a disability.

Very friendly. Explained every thing in a thoughtful willing manner. I would gladly recommend to a friend or family member. Thank you so much!

Kirby went through the paperwork very quickly stating that credit life was included…. Sign here. Credit disability included…. Sign here. Voluntary unemployment included…sign here. Etc……. I get an email the next morning that $2,500 was tacked onto my loan amount due to signing up for these OPTIONAL services. Basically, Kirby tried to steal from me in order to get her commission off of these services. Luckily, I was able to cancel, but I’m sure that she’s gotten away with it with other people.
