Once you have a loan they call you randomly to offer more money. Then once you decide to get a loan. Its appointments only. The woman blamed my husband for her not having paper work ready. Expects people to answer phone calls during work. Expects us to drop our plans to come in for other appointments when we had already made one. They never answer calls and expects us to. I highly recommend to avoid working with Rhonda especially if you still decide to use One Main Financial! She never returns calls, is rude and expects people not to have kids, jobs, school and be ready at her convenience. Appointments are made for a reason. We had a sitter and everything. Life is hectic enough with Covid and Holidays. We don't want to be treated like this from people too!

Any time I need help with any financial matters, I go to OneMain Financial first! I always ask for Rhonda Fansler, because she is so professional, yet I feel I get personal attention! She makes the process so easy to navigate & explains everything in detail. She is such wonderful person to deal with, and hope you realize what an asset she is to your company! Linda Gaudin

This is our second experience dealing with the Shelbyville office and Caroline, our Loan Officer. Borrowing money is an emergency experience that can be very difficult and expensive. But Caroline helped find an affordable way to help meet our needs with dignity and confidence. She is patient, understanding and very easy to contact. I highly recommend One Main Financial when you cannot receive a loan through conventional means.
