This was a great experience with One main financial I went in there expecting a certain amount of money and to my understanding I was eligible for more money and that really helped me out so thumbs up to One main financial great job

Rude staff. No help even when I have had 5 years without a single missed payment.

The staff at the Portage IN location are always very friendly and helpful. I would definitely recommend this financial institution for anyone who who doesn't have the best credit and is need of a loan. Its a great way to increase credit as long as you stay in your budget.

I will receive multiple calls when I am late a day for my truck loan. My husband is a truck driver. I will answer the calls and I still get called again and again. They harass. I have another vehicle loan and that company only will call if I get over a month. I always pay within the week of the due date though on both vehicles. I am honest, pay my bills and they make me feel as if I am a low life for being a little late with how much I am called. I get multiple days in a row one call a day if you have not responded to their call or answered... BUT multiple times in a day and TODAY it was withing 1 hour!!! I AM WORKING! That is what I find harassment!

Very nice and friendly people will work with you no questions asked.
