They helped finance my first vehicle at a decent rate but they failed to correctly report my credit for TWO YEARS. Also, I set up autopay through them and for about 4 months the payment wouldn't automatically come out at all. Of the 4 times it happened, they only called and notified me once. The rest of the time I had to keep checking to make sure they took the payment out. When I complained about the issues above they passed the buck to another company/program that they used.
