Management is super helpful! They made several suggestion regarding my finances and it is working really well for me. They are always ready to assist me with my banking needs and suggested trying online banking and it is so amazing. Easy to use and access to everything. I'm very happy with their service.

This bank is a joke. The woman Christine who works at the main branch in goshen is so rude. She has no customer service experience. I have never had this kind of treatment from a credit union in my life and have been using them for 20 years. I will never step foot in this bank again and highly recommend you go elsewhere when banking.

I tried to pull out money off their atm and it never gave it to me when I went inside to get the cash they wouldn’t give it to me so I lost 100 because of this bank

Syracuse Branch is a joke....Charges $8.00 to cash a check from there bank.... Scam Scam....Beware of them

This has been my credit union for about 5 years now,,, couldn't be more satisfied with the service and people there!

Been with Interra 15 years. Starting at the end of July 2023 they will charge monthly to have an account. This was the nice part of being at a credit union, no monthly fee. Now ICU is just a bank. Looking at other places. They also have lost their personable side as they constantly are rotating employees. No one ever remembers us and this credit Union was never like that. Oh well, on to new places.

randomly decided to overdraw my account for $13, not because I bounced a check, or made a bad transaction. No it was because decided simply to steal the money. Its a garbage credit union, find someone else. PS I was a member for 3 years and they did this to me in the last 2 months.
