In store experience is amazing! When I walked in for help, she was able to help me cancel my online application and submit one in person! Highly recommend to go in person. Do not use the online system! If I could give a 0 for online system, I would! The online website sucks! The plaid verification for income does not work! I was able to select my employment checks however, it still wanted me to upload pictures. When I try to call for help, it went from an 7 minute wait to a 9 minute wait. Do not use the online system, it is a waste of time!

I went to the Ft. Harrison location & was helped by Nicolette Crumrin. This lady was AWESOME. She was super friendly, very knowledgeable, & explained everything so that I felt comfortable. I was super impressed with Advance America & Nicolette Crumrin. She definitely represents the company well!

I use the online option. I'm handicap so it was easy and very convenient. Long as you don't need customer support. I spent 2 entire days on phone and sent numerous e mails and still haven't heard from anyone. Even option to have them call you rather than wait on hold nothing. Sat on hold over and hour with it saying wait time 7 minutes.

Not professional at all. They are super rude and degrading to people. They are not responsive either. Just super unprofessional and they make you feel bad for even having to come in and take out a loan. It’s just really embarrassing how they treat you. Connie was super rude and unprofessional as well. I will be paying back my loan online. I would go into the facility to help out with business, but never again. I’m just amazed at how poorly they treat their customers. I went in one day and they were talking bad about the person who had left before me. Just super inappropriate and unprofessional.
