Fifth Third Bank & ATM, Terre Haute, IN

This banking monster is one you need to stay away from they aren’t about customers they are about greed they gave me a $15000 line of credit then months later down graded it I never missed a payment so as of today no matter how much I pay it shows zero balance of credit looking like my account is maxed out . Causing my credit rating to drop . Stay away from these modern day preditors !

Best Bank ever. Never had an issue with them. Friendly staff that treat you like family. Speak to Emily, she's so competent and lovely.

Accidentally missed a payment on my Fifth Third credit card by two days. Immediately made the payment and scheduled three more payments. I got them to waive the $29 late fee, but they took away my promotional 0 interest for eighteen months. I have already opened another checking account at another banking institution and will be closing this account.
