First Financial Bank, Terre Haute, IN

Threatening to repo a vehicle that has less than $1500 owed in total. Account is 20 days past due. Promise to pay and they tell me it’s not good enough. They don’t care about their customers. They don’t care that people are out here struggling. They don’t care that people are just trying to get by right now. Disgusting.

Southland has the best team of all the First Financial branches. I drive an extra few miles just to make my deposit :)

Impossible to reach on phone.. info isn't shared between banks. There doesn't seem to be a separate loan office number... 10 min on hold.. will not mmmmm
