I realize that this Company is not going to be 5 Star since they are a Collection Company. 9 years ago my Dog had life saving surgery. A few months later I lost my job so I wS unable to keep up payments to my Veterinarian . It took me several month to get a full time job. In that time I had forgotten my remaining balance owed and did not pick up payments again. My dog had a seizure 3 yrs ago so my daughter took him to his veterinarian to see what to do. At that time we were informed that I had a balance, I had completely paid off about 3 weeks later. Then I received a bill for the Collection Company I believe it was for $150 the Collection Company had never once done anything to contact me about my balance. They apparently got my updated address from the Veterinarian. I called them.. Very rude lady on the phone.. I told her the that the bill was over 7 yrs old... Apparently it starts over when you make a payment directly to the Veterinarian. My Veterinarian received my payment through their own efforts. Yesterday I received a bill for $334. This company is obviously money grabbers that do nothing for their Clients. Just swoop in after the work is done. Dear PAS Owner, I have talked to you or your employee. My account of the Facts are Correct. I have no reason to lie. I lived at the same address for a few years after I failed to complete my payment plan with my Veterinarian. I also always turn in a change of address when I moved. I have had my same phone number since before my dogs surgery. I never received any messages or mail from PAS. I never heard of this Company until a few weeks after my Bill was paid in full.

Is zero stars possible? "Frankly, we want to know if you will pay. If yes, DO IT NOW." RUDE. Do angry babies run this place? My toddler has more manners. Also, I can't pay until I change your baby diapers. Big'O'Baby Collection Agency.

Frank and Michelle both are awesome people. They are very down to earth, will carry a conversation with you, and treat you like a human being. Everyone that I have interacted with there were very professional and nice, they genuinely cared about my issues in my personal life, and gave some sound advice, the point that I'm making is they don't have to be nice nor do they "have" to work with me if I struggle on a payment...but...they do. I wish my medical bill had not gone to collections, but since it has I'm glad it's with PAC.

I recieved a phone call can't remember the ladys name but absolutely just down right rude hopefully when I go thru my recordings ill figure out her name. All seemed well till I told her I was unable to pay the bill at this time due to my account being hacked and so till thats fixed I have money that I can not touch. Then she proceeds to ask me if I'm married....No I'm not Im a single mother in school and homeschooling my son and taking care of my father whom has stage four cancer..so she ask how do you pay your bills....well you see I own my house and stuff so my little bit of money goes to the few bills I do have I just don't have enough to cover the one medical bill will be taken care of as soon as insurance is fixed or my account is accessible. I don't know why but the woman proceeds to tell me that she's gonna have to put me on her supervisors desk because I'm unwilling and not trying to work with her....how am I unwilling exactly?? I can't give what I dont have. If you think for a second that I'm going to stop paying my living expenses to to pay this bill your wrong.my childrens proper needs come before a 100 doller doctor bill. I'm sure the doctor would understand that as soon as i get access to my money then I can pay that bill but for now its not the top priority. I understand yall are debt collectors but the way your employee tried to intimidate me was flat out rude makes your company sound just as bad as the scammers out there . Do better Happy holidays and merry Christmas

Yeah that 8% tag on top of garnishment is definitely a big difference smh....And don't say it isn't, because it does exist.

Had a horrible awful experience with Gretchen specifically. Had no clue I had any debt to be paid and was constantly accused of knowing and dodging payment. I of course was not happy and she decided to get snippy specifically saying “find somebody who cares” which is the exact opposite of what should have been stated. Would leave a zero star if I could
