Ruoff made my first home-buying experience super easy and stress-free. My mortgage officer, Greg Burns, was so helpful and was there to assist through every step of the process. I was impressed with how quickly they finalized everything, too. I loved working with them and I’ve already recommended them to my friends who are looking to buy.

Dan Dayhuff at Ruoff Terre Haute was absolutely incredible from start to finish in our first time home buying adventure. We ended up closing on our home in 5 business days! He is extremely knowledgeable, helpful, and easy to contact. The app/ online portal made things easy to level up with and if I ever had any questions or concerns Dan answered them quickly. The online portal was very user friendly and was part of the reason I chose Ruoff. Another reason I chose Ruoff, was because when I inquired about closing fees, Cindy was upfront and clear about them, as opposed to other lenders I spoke with. For constructive feedback, as a first time home owner, I needed the legal documents broken down for me more simply. Those extra requests were not always met quickly during this process. However, all other communication was very quick and timely. There was confusion and uncertainty about what documentation would be needed for the underwriters, but I imagine this may be common with FHA loans. Communication was always very positive, courteous, and professional. Near the end of closing Cindy went out of her way to make everything happen as quickly as possible, and communication was very efficient. I am very happily now working on moving into my forever home. Thank you!

Dan at Ruoff was absolutely amazing! I’m a first time homebuyer & he described everything amazingly to me & responded quickly. It felt like the loan process went really fast & pretty smoothly.
