I would rather deal with the branch in Tipton... they care about their customers and keep your info safe. Frankfort used tho have people like that...many years ago..

Online payment website needs loads of work, very glitchy and difficult to use. Phone system is terrible, no direct way of getting ahold of anyone. Have never had someone directly answer the phone always have to wait for a call back.

You guys should be ashamed of yourself. Having my mother's car towed while she is pending disability SSI. She had an accident making her unable to work Then you guys sold it for Penny's at palm beach auto auction. you guys are scumbags . No letter-mail contact. No voicemails nothing. WOW I would have settled this for her

6/29/23 went in to open a checking account and pay a loan payment at approximately 14:30 the clerk told me to come back about 15:30 sad day when you have to have an appointment to open an account payed off the loan probably won’t be back. Mark Evans. Forest Ind

Normally my experiences here are good. I sent my wife in to sign some papers, the lady at the desk(Dalita) treated her very poorly. I'm disappointed with this and instead of moving forward with my home equity loan and new car loan, I believe i will move my business to another lending institution.
