After having my pay card comprised, I played “phone tag” for 2 weeks with the parent company. Finally a good person on the phone told me I could access my $ in a branch location. I walked in and explained the situation. The teller I dealt with was professional and courteous. He mentioned that this was new to him and it might take awhile. He diligently worked to find a solution. 30 minutes later I had my $ in cash. Thanks to his hard work, I’m able to buy gas to keep my job and food etc. best customer service I’ve ever seen.10 stars!
