First of all, there’s a dead link to their website. Harvey, who I think is the owner, took a ton of my personal information. Taxes, bank statements, ss #, etc. I had to continually call him to check his progress. He always needed more info, or told me he was just “waiting for that lender to call.” I sent him an email explaining that the house we wanted went contingent and he never responded! Never called me either! Completely ghosted me. I had a client of mine also tell me how he ghosted them and nearly cost them an expensive farm. Maybe Harvey doesn’t want to work, or doesn’t need the money. Maybe he’s just lazy. This is TERRIBLE customer service. It’s stressful enough getting a mortgage, without giving your ALL your info to someone who just disappears. Lakeshore Mortgage is a JOKE.
