Liz was extremely nice and very professional. She was able to answer all my questions and if she didn’t know something, she did not hesitate to ask her fellow coworkers. Everyone in the office was nice and friendly. Highly recommend.

First of all, you need to understand they are not a bank; they're a finance company. Don't go in thinking you're going to get a loan at a bank's interest rate. That is NOT how finance companies work. Once you start with that understanding, your expectations of what to expect will change as well. Yes they will offer all of these other add on options to your loan in order to make an extra few bucks here and there but you just say "No thank you" to those things. These folks are SUPER EASY TO WORK WITH when trying to apply for a loan, and IF YOU KNOW OR SUSPECT YOU'RE GOING TO BE LATE ON YOUR PAYMENT, LET THEM KNOW IN ADVANCE. They will work with you on that. You just have to give them a heads up.

Stephanie has helped me twice and she does a great job everytime! She answers my questions and always tries to get me the best deal. I would highly recommend her and the company. If I need her she always returns my calls immediately. Great customer service!!!!!

Worst bank to go to if you need a loan. DO NOT GO HERE. SCAM SCAM SCAM they literally are SO rude and then offer you the WORST interest rates. I don't know her name but she worked in the back office and she was so rude. I will never go there again or even recommend. I usually never do these ratings, but I feel so completely outraged at the service and the offers. They are a complete joke. Save yourself some time and anger and go to a loan shark instead. They will offer better rates and kinder people.

I’ve had a previous loan through one main financial. Recently applied for another loan, required documentation were submitted and I was informed I would be contacted. I’ve called two days in a row and nobody has returned my call. They ran my credit and I have the inquiry as proof but can’t call back to let me know my options. Not pleased with their service.
