First Financial Bank, Vincennes, IN

I've been with bank 7 years and bank is never supposed to pay anything that is not in my account to cover. I don't use paper checks I'm strictly on line. 3 times they have charged my account for ISF. That was in the fall. When I called bank the manager was very rude and short with me. She blamed it on on working very hard alone. Bull. She's just rude. I don't wanna move but I will if she's there much longer

Not outgoing like some of the other branches. Treat their deposit slips like their golfd. Didn't want to give out a deposit slip so I can fill it out myself. Come on... Ask for a checking withdraw and they say most people just use a Personal check. Don't like to give those out either.

Do not use this bank!!! They will give bank statements to others without proof of identity and have the potential to give a service charge fee that puts you in the negative with an even bigger insufficient funds fee because your other fee put you in the negative.

Terrible customer service! Been banking for 3 years and now I’m moving banks

The girl's are so sweet

This bank stole a woman's identity, ran up her debit card, then refused to pay her back. That woman took her own life last night. Don't ever consider banking here.
