This is one of the best banks I’ve ever dealt with! I wanted to give a shout out to Sandra for her phenomenal customer service! Not only was she extremely kind she was extremely helpful with expediting my title and refund when I paid off my car this week and it was very much appreciated because I need to sell my car so timing was of the essence. I also wanted to thank everyone for being very patient and kind when I came in at like 457 and they were gonna wait till 5:05 For me to get there and pay my car off. I had called in advance because I was making a 30 minute drive. Thank you for your excellent customer service that you do not get most anywhere now of days I will definitely consider this bank for my next banking needs thank you
