The Warsaw office has been awesome!! Great staff and a very easy loan process from start to finish. I would tell anyone to give them a chance.

Very friendly staff and explains each loan options clearly. They find a loan that fits your budget and would never suggest a loan that you are not comfortable with or can’t afford. I highly recommend onemain financial if you are looking for some extra cash to help with bills, car loans, holidays.

Their employee Nancy was very rude. My father, FATHER. Not a stranger. My father was getting a loan to help me pay for my college education, which she 100% knew about. He asked me to call & ask a question (which she didn’t even let me ask) considering that I will be paying him back for the loan, and she completely and rudely shut the conversation down and proceeded to say things like “Why don’t you apply for your own loan yourself” clearly and unfortunately I can’t since I am attending college full time. I did get frustrated with her after she was rudely responding to me when I was super sweet and friendly at first. We had been on a previous call with her where he made her aware that he needed to speak with me regarding the loan since I will pay him back for it & she proceeded to even schedule him in for a in person appointment so I was very confused on why she was being that way and she proceeded to cancel/deny my fathers application when she knew this was towards my education and proceeded to run his credit and now has a hard inquiry due to being approved but wrongfully denied by HER. Very upsetting and disappointing on how this was handled. Unfortunately my parents don’t have the privilege to pay for my schooling upfront and we were looking forward to this. I hope Nancy never treats anyone the way she treated us.
