Have been a member at Crane for years. Just recently went through refinancing a mortgage, and I have to say it has been the most pleasant experience I have had before when dealing with a financial institution. Megan, the loan processor I had the pleasure of working with, was beyond fantastic. Every step of the way, she was such a tremendous help and made everything so simple and easy. Can't say enough about how wonderful she was to work with throughout this whole process!!
