I have been trying to help an associate to get the correct routing and account number information numerous times with different people there, and was told from a male associate that works there that the manager would call me and never did. I think this is because my associate is from a different race and language. I am really sad that they can't seem to help their own customers. I don't recommend that bank.

Love the speed and convenience of electronic bill pay. It's a fantastic service. Wouldn't want to be without it.
