First Financial Bank & ATM, Williamsport, IN

I’ve been a customer for many years and then had the privilege of working at this branch! Williamsport is my home town. The girls want to help the community in the best way they can, especially Robin. She will go out of her way to do what she can for each customer, within the laws and regulations provided by the bank and Federal government.There are many uncomfortable or sensitive situations presented to the girls. Robin is the one who emotionally connects the best with those customers. The customers who regularly go inside the branch or through the drive through enjoy her kind heart.

Horrible bank with the worst tellers i have every met. I went into this bank( in Williamsport, IN) to pay off my late fathers mortgage. The lady at the desk Robin was atrocious and rude in the way of disrespecting my dad. Which is low for anyone and not what you want to hear when you are dealing with the loss of a great man. Horrible customer service. Had to argue with them to meet a receipt. Had to go back inside a second time and argue with her and the manager to get a piece of paper saying that I had made my late fathers final payment for his mortgage. And this isn’t the first time I’ve been there and got treated awful. If you meet Robin be sure to ask her for a smile! C

Terrible bank. I had quit using the bank and left the account with $.76. Come to find out after three months of not using it the account was negative $188 due to fees. This bank is a joke.
