My initial visit to this bank was great. I dont live in town and was looking for a Co-Op bank to pull out some money which the lady was extremely helpful. Due to my initial experience I went back to open a checking acct. The lady that assisted me today was extremely rude and completely unprofessional. We began the steps to open the acct she didnt want to listen and began to over talk me during this initial process. Unfortunately they dont wear name tags at this bank or I would put her name in the review. I ended up leaving without opening an acct and even my girlfriend who I was with said she seemed like she just didnt want to help you. So the service here is going to be a roll of the dice
