Don’t recommend ever banking here. At first, was great. Then I started having problems with the app and being put on hold for OVER AN HOUR every single time I’d call. I’ve been locked out of my account on the app multiple times and it’s taken days, sometime even a week or two for them to help me. Ridiculous.

I have used this bank a few times to cash some checks from work. I decided I would open an account there I went in there and was told they were to busy I would have to make an appointment. I was like 10 minutes late and was told that because I was late they couldn't help me. I was the only person in the bank.

Everytime I went in there they were very polite and took care of me as soon as I got there.

You should’ve updated the Google website if you were going to close on a Saturday and not follow your regular business hours
