What a sorry excuse of a bank. Locked me out of my account for the second time for using cashapp to pay people back apparently that's suspicious

Tried to open a bank account on Saturday. Understandably, they were unable to even though they had 4 employees working. Today, on a Monday, only 2 employees working. Was advised to go to the main bank. I drove myself to another bank. I need a bank I can count on and obviously this isn't it.

Truly a joke of an establishment. Very little, if any accurate information about hours and phone numbers. Getting a call through to these guys is like getting a call through to Ron Swanson. Terrible customer service, and far more concerned with finding ways to make your money theirs.

Kaitlin helped correct the mistakes that were made when I was transferring funds. She was very helpful.
