Starlet is AMAZINGLY great at making you feel like a valued customer. She is professional at explaining the loan process, makes it simple and painless. Because of staff like her, I'll be a repeat customer. No doubt about it! All customer service should take a cue from Starlet A+++

After calling a head of time I was given wrong information. When I arrived the Manager was extremely rude to me, in the middle of discussing what documents were needed she answered her personal phone and talked on the phone for 5-7 minutes while I was trying to finish my business. Every time I’ve been in there she seems to always say that she has to be out of there, if theres not enough time to process your loan she wont do it. Overall theres poor customer service, would not recommend, if you need a payday loan go to Advance America!

My husband and I went here to get a loan the lady was very nice respectful and helped every chance she could I recommend Loan Master very awesome people

Had a Very bad experience at this place the he she person kept getting my boyfriends paper wrong was on the phone a lot while doing the paperwork he she didn't know what he she was doing. I would not recommending this place to any one cause they can't get anybody's loan papers right . he she don't know what he she is doing . lol that kinda of person shouldn't be working there.
