USB is a great place to bank at. It’s a small town bank with up to date technology and services. From the top down they are staffed with amazing people who are community minded. They are willing to go above and beyond for their customers. I love walking in and seeing all their friendly faces!!

Teller was rude about cashing a check. She refused because my bank is out of town. The check wasn't personal, it was a Kansas state issued tax refund check and I have a valid Kansas driver's license.

The staff goes above and beyond to make their customers happy!
