The Bank, Colby, KS

I've been banking with them since it was First national bank in 2010. I've had no problems with any of their services and their staff is always pleasant and helpful. Only thing I can really disagree with is their interest on vehicle loans is fairly high and if you're a youngster trying to get loans by yourself you're better off not trying at all. I haven't had any luck with getting a loan for a home and I got my car loan from another bank with a much lower interest rate. all in all it's a good bank but it makes it tough trying to earn credit.

I've banked here since I was 11 and had a savings account. Service is always great and they know you by name. Only thing I have that bothers me is there's no after hours number or customer service line. That comes from a small locally owed business. Other than that, it's a good bank for any need
