Mike's Rent To Own, Concordia, KS

Concordia's location is very helpful and efficient. Ordered my stuff one day, and they had it delivered the very next. Dominick and his partner were able to pull right up to my kitchen side and drop them off all while taking care not to bump or scratch them. They were very efficient and professional.

They are wonderful and very friendly.... and was on time for delivery and very fast and putting it together

It is always a pleasant experience with this business from the atmosphere in the store to the great attitude and hard work of the delivery drivers. Last time I had gotten something from mikes Dominic came to deliver my tv and he had an upbeat attitude, 10/10 would recommend.

I just moved to Belleville and was told the Concordia Mike's location was exceptional, and it turned out to be SUPER TRUE!! Bethany was AMAZING when getting me signed up and the delivery guy, I believe his name was Mike, was SUPER polite and efficient!! 10/10 would reccomend the concordia location to friends!!

The employees are super professional and friendly. They really take their time with you, showing lots of different options. They brought different w/d in from other stores, so we could see them. We actually special ordered our washer & dryer set to be a different size they carried in the store. It arrived on time and then we scheduled the delivery. The 2 guys that delivered and hooked up the new ones were great. Again very friendly & professional. They took time to answer all of our questions. This is our go to store for appliances, etc. We find great deals and they are local!

I was above amazed at the service we received from the moment we walked in to the end of delivery.
